1、在上海市开展“杜绝一次性餐具”活动，号召广大群众共同参与。

2、在上海的一些电视频道上，播放一些有关“少用一次性餐具，倡导绿色环保饮食”的公益广告，让广大市民朋友明白一次性餐具的危害。

3、在各个餐饮店内发放“杜绝一次性餐具”传单。

4、让大量制造一次性筷子的工厂减少产量，或直接将其进行闭厂，同时减少每一家餐馆的一次性筷子使用量，改为可以重复使用的木筷、铁筷或塑料筷。

5、对餐饮店进行监管、督促，定期派人员去抽查一次性筷子使用情况：杜绝使用一次性筷子的，给予奖赏;不然，给予处罚;每月评选几家“绿色环保餐馆”。

6、有市民可能认为公用筷子很脏。所以每家餐饮店必须将碗碟筷洗干净并进行高强度消毒杀菌。。

我相信，在广大群众的共同努力下，一次性餐具的使用能得到有效控制，“杜绝一次性餐具”的意识会真正深入民心!
